Heritage Sunset Retreat Zanzibar is a fully secured development of 5 villas, within the gazetted area of the Old Portugese Fort of Fukuchani village, 10mn away from Kendwa and Nungwi villages. The villas seats on historic area, with the Old Fort being part and parcel of the development, less than 10 meters away from the sandy beach overlooking the turtle-sanctuary island of Tumbatu. The villa Anise is private, with a private pool and private entry. The space The private villa has 3 bedrooms - two doubles and one twin - with 2 bathrooms, a large living room area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area where to discuss fresh made food. Each villa has a private pool and direct access to the Indian ocean and the beach. Guest access Guests have access to on-site parking. During the day, our Guest Relations team will welcome and escort them to their villa. At night, our security team will guide them to their villa, and our team will meet them the next morning after a restful night.
