Little Old Lake House

This lovely home is the perfect getaway but not too far away from city life. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood with a small lake, go swimming, ride the paddle boat, BBQ, and relax on the deck. Recreation is at your own risk. Have fun. Downtown Chicago is just a 20-30 min. drive. Indiana Sand Dunes just 33 minutes away. Space: Access to entire home. Parking: There are two spaces available in the driveway. The space 1. This is an older home you will love. 2. To gain access to our home, use the code provided and enter into the keypad. You will see a green check mark notifying the door is unlocked. When leaving, press the lock button on the keypad. 3. Call me if you have any problems accessing the front door. 4. Wifi information is located on the router located in the den. 5. Towels are located in the 2nd floor linen closet and in the master bathroom. 6. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 7. Extra sheets and blankets are located in the main bedroom closet. 8. The dining room table seats 6. 9. The kitchen table seats 4. 10. There is a living room with a large TV to enjoy movies with the family. 11. The work out area is located in the sunroom and includes a station bike and squat machine. 12. There are two docks on the property. No Diving allowed. 13. There is a fresh water lake in the backyard fed by an underground spring. It is a lot of fun but can be dangerous like any body of water. Please exercise caution. Do not leave children unattended. Wear river shoes. Wear life jackets. Do not go swimming if you cannot swim! 14. There are 3 paddle boats on the property. Please pull them out of the water after each use. 15. Guests may bring their own kayaks or canoes. Motorized boats and any gas or electric powered vehicles are NOT allowed. 16. The lake is privately owned by the surrounding homeowners. Please do not throw trash or leave floating objects in the lake. There is a pool net located at the front of the deck. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note Guests will be required to show driver's license or ID before receiving access code. Only booking guest will be allowed to enter.
