Central downtown studio guest house with enclosed backyard The space About our home: Welcome to the downtown studio guest house located in a quiet, historic neighborhood of Colorado Springs. This stylish, newly-built home offers an enclosed private backyard with all the convinces of home including a washer/dryer, 55' Ruko TV, and fully equipped kitchen featuring butcher block counters and stainless steel appliances. Access to the house is through a shared driveway that leads to your private parking spot. There is also lots of street parking. Guest Access: This property has 2 houses, we live in the front house. No shared spaces besides the front of the driveway. We do not interact with our guests, unless invited to. We always gesture a friendly wave if we see you. Location: The location is just a short 15min walk to our thriving downtown filled with bars, restaurants, shops, parks, and stunning mountain views. You can even enjoy a nearby pickleball court! Our neighborhood is quiet and family friendly covered with beautiful trees and unique houses built in the 1800s. Things to do: Explore the best of Colorado Springs with easy access to popular attractions like the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, the majestic Garden of the Gods, and the Air Force Academy. Whether you’re visiting for adventure or relaxation, this central location is perfect for soaking in all the city has to offer. We love our city and always happy to give extra recommendations that are not in our welcome book. Transportation: We are a 20 min drive from the Colorado Springs airport and a 5 min drive from I25. Ubers and Lyfts are prevalent in the area. The house is a 5 min walk from downtown bars and restaurants. Lime scooters are available just a block up the street. Pets: We love our doggies and welcome yours! If you're planning to bring a furry friend, please be respectful of our home and responsible for your pet. We ask that you clean up after them before you leave. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis - please message us with details before booking.
