Coin lockers near the station are recommended for storage. Towels and bath towels are provided according to the number of guests, with no extras. ⸻ Number of Guests Japanese lodging law requires that the number of guests be accurately declared and must not exceed the reservation. Immigration and the Minpaku Association may conduct random inspections, and discrepancies may result in warnings or fines. Unregistered guests will incur an additional fee of 10,000 JPY per person per night. Please register the correct number of guests to avoid issues. ⸻ Keys Please keep the room key safe. Lost keys require replacing the entire lock system, costing 20,000 JPY. ⸻ Noise The house is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, to avoid disturbing neighbors. ⸻ 🚫 Strict No-Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors, outdoors, e-cigarettes, heated tobacco, herbal cigarettes—all forms are forbidden. If any sign of smoking is detected (odor, ash, stains, cigarette ends): • A minimum 30,000 JPY deep-cleaning fee will be charged • Severe cases may be reported to Airbnb; the reservation may be cancelled with no refund • If a fire alarm is triggered or complaints occur, all penalties and damages will be fully charged to the smoker Please strictly follow the no-smoking rule.
