Spacious, sun-filled apartment in Bristol.

Set in one of the first Eco Builds in the country, a small oasis in the city. Originally a 60’s Office Block until it was re purposed as 6 Apartments with a community room and three work units on the ground floor. My home is just eight steps up to the first floor and level access throughout the flat. Lots of windows and a balcony door flood it with natural light. The space There are two bedrooms available for guests, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. One large bathroom with bath and shower. Guest access Guests have access to all areas, that’s hall, one bedroom with double bed and another with two single beds, large well equipped kitchen complete with nice living and dining space. There is one locked room. Other things to note No partying or loud music at any time. No groups of guests intending to use my home as a party venue. My apartment is simply not situated to deal with this. There are six apartments in the block and disruptive noise is heard. The neighbours are my friends. I thank you for heeding these details. Music at an acceptable level is fine but please not too late. No smoking anywhere in the building or on the balcony. Thank you.
