The space As you enter through the front door, located on the ground floor, you'll be greeted by an impressive hallway with soaring ceilings that offer a stunning view all the way to the top floor, setting the tone for the contemporary design throughout. The ground floor also features a snug with a large smart TV – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Guests are welcome to bring their own games consoles for added entertainment. There is also a bathroom on this level, with walk in shower for added convenience. The first floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, designed to create a perfect balance between functionality and socialising. The kitchen features sleek, high-end appliances, including dual dishwashers, dual ovens, a large fridge-freezer, a second fridge and wine fridge located in the utility room. All seamlessly integrated into modern cabinetry, with a large island at the centre that has plenty of food preparation space and a breakfast bar. The island faces the dining and living areas, ensuring that guests can interact with their 'chefs', while preparing meals! The dining area boasts a table that will comfortably seat ten, providing the perfect inviting space for gatherings. Adjacent to the dining area, the living space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with plush sofas, a large fireplace, large SMART TV and floor-to-ceiling glass that let in ample natural light. Within the glass are large sliding doors that lead out to a terrace area and down to a patio with a dining table for eight – perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing. For a more intimate setting, the lounge offers a cosy space with a log burner and bi-folding doors that open onto a balcony, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The master bedroom is an elegant retreat featuring a super king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, a walk-in rain head shower, and twin sinks. The second bedroom offers a comfortable super king-sized bed and its own en-suite shower room. The third bedroom also has a king-sized bed, while the fourth is a twin room. A separate bathroom with bath and walk-in shower with rain head is also located on this floor for convenience. At the back of the house, you'll find a smaller terrace complete with table tennis. We also have off-street parking for two cars. Guest access We have one room locked off home but the rest of our home and out-door area is for guests to enjoy. Other things to note If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £55, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone.
