Near many restaurants, grocery stores, excursions & food trucks. * We live in the villa (above the apartment) with our 2 large dogs. The dogs don't have access to the the apartment, but they do have free roam by the pool* The space This spacious & private ground floor apartment has everything you need to stay cool & have a relaxing stay for up to 2 guests. UTILITIES INCLUDED! ALL Electricity, water, WIFI & free parking included in your stay. Neighbourhood has 24/7 security. The apartment has its own separate gate entrance. **A rental car is required for staying in our location since everything is spread out across the whole island** This is one bedroom ( with A/C & a queen size bed), one bath apartment (w/ shower). It has A/C in the spacious living room & a washing machine for your convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen has propane gas stove. It will be placed in the bedroom. Crib is not height adjustable. Apartment is not baby proofed. Guest access ●A dedicated parking spot in front of the lower gate to the apartment, which is a private entrance through the garden. ●Front door of apartment is a patio door. There is a locked door in the living room that is an unfinished room. ●The SHARED pool is located UPSTAIRS in the villa. The pool is shared with the owners of the villa. The owners dogs do go in the pool. ☆The owners dogs DO NOT have access to the apartment. They remain upstairs at the villa at all times & roam free. If you are not comfortable with dogs you are welcome to book the apartment but not use the pool☆ Other things to note House Rules: 1. Electricity is expensive in Curacao. TURN OFF both air conditioners and ALL lights when you leave the apartment. 2. NO smoking OR vaping IN THE APARTMENT. Please smoke outside on the balcony. Ashtrays are provided and to be used outside only. Any damages or unable to remove smells will result in a fee (at the expense of the guest). 3. No parties allowed. No additional visitors without the owners permission. 4. No animals. Our dogs are the only ones that are to be on the property at all times. 5.➡️Pool Rules: Enjoy at your own risk No lifeguard is on duty. The owners are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. 6. The apartment is not child/ baby proofed. Parents or care givers are expected to supervise their children. The hot water in the apartment is in the shower. The kitchen & bathroom sink don't have hot water. Tap water is lukewarm. It is safe to drink. Normally the neighbourhood is quiet but you could hear sounds such as workers using power tools, construction during the day, dogs barking etc... Please note ** Sometimes there are power/ internet outages or water/ electricity maintenance on the island. We are not responsible and have no control over these when they occur.
