The space Overview apartment northern part semi-detached house The house is on 2 floors and the apartment is 131 sqm with four bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. In total, there are 6 regular beds and 2 extra beds in the sofa upstairs. Downstairs, with 2.6 m ceiling height, there is a spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and spacious hall. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with shower. Light from three directions - east, north and west. The house is located on Södra Kustvägen, which used to be the main road through the community, and many surrounding houses are from the turn of the century. Details downstairs In the spacious hall, there are gray tiles on the floor, wood paneling on the wall and a window that provides plenty of light. From the hall, a corridor leads to the bathroom and the bedroom on the ground floor. The bathroom has Bricmate's beige tiles (Norrvange Ivory) in 60x60 cm on the floor and matte white tiles on the wall. There is an 80 cm wide dresser with mirror cabinet, combined washing and drying machine, toilet and shower corner (hand and ceiling shower). The kitchen is L-shaped with plenty of countertop, induction stove, integrated dishwasher, full fridge and freezer. Kitchen cupboards are white and the wall above the counter has gray patterned tiles. Dining table accommodates all guests. In the living room, there is a large gray corner sofa with a coffee table. Opposite is a TV bench, TV and armchair. In addition to tiles in the hallway, the downstairs has white-lacquered wooden floors in pine. Details of the upper floor The U-shaped staircase leads up to the upstairs living room. Here is a sofa bed, two armchairs and two footstools.
