The house has been recently renovated and has all modern amenities and fantastic outdoor patios. Östergarnslandet is one of Gotland's most beautiful areas with fantastic beaches and beautiful untouched nature with several nature reserves. WELCOME! The space The house has all the modern amenities you could wish for, cable TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen. The house is connected to municipal water and fiber is retracted. From the dining area and living room, you have direct access to one of two large balconies. On one of the balconies, there is nice lounge furniture from Artwood, ideal for relaxing and socializing. On the second balcony, there is a barbecue, large outdoor table with associated benches, sun loungers, parasols, and in connection, there is also an orangery with sofas when the weather is worse. Within walking distance (there are bicycles to borrow) there is a shop, library, cinema and one of the best beaches for children with a swimming jetty, café and restaurant, "Katthammarsviks Rökeri" which is Gotland's oldest smokehouse and is very popular. Several evenings a week during the summer, live music is played there. The house is a good starting point for several of the fantastic beaches in the area, some very deserted to the popular "Sandvikens camping". In the area, there are several fantastic hiking trails and nature reserves, some of which are well-suited for mountain biking. At the sports venue you can play tennis, paddle and during the summer there is usually summer soccer for children. If you want to have a day/evening with hustle and bustle, you can visit lively Ljugarn (about 10 km) where there are several cafes, restaurants and beach bars.
