The space This is a 2-story house, you will be staying at 2804 E 3rd Street Dayton Ohio 45403. Please watch the back steps if you are entering through the backyard. Guest access You can use the street parking or park any empty spot backyard, make sure you are not blocking anyone. You can use the front or rear door for the entry using the combination provided but please watch the back steps if you are using the rear entrance. Your room is on the first floor right next to de front entrance door facing to the street. It’s a double white door. During your stay You may directly call or text through the app if you have any questions or requests. I will get back to you ASAP. Other things to note If you have a pet or service animal, please clean after. You may walk your pet in the backyard but please please collect your pet’s droppings. $50 fee if I have to clean your pet’s or service animal’s droppings. Same as if I have to wash your dishes. Cleaning fee that you pay is only for the room cleaning. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the property. Thank you so much for your understanding.
