Welcome to bungalow 'Efterom'. In the charming village of Goutum, which is already surrounded by the city of Leeuwarden, this cozy vacation home is located in the back of the garden. The accommodation is completely separate from the main building, and has its own front door, terrace and facilities. Goutum is about 10 minutes by bike from the center of Leeuwarden, or 5 minutes by car. The space The space - Living space of 20m2 - Bedroom of 6m2 - Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink Guest access Some advantages: - Parking on the driveway - Modern bathroom, comfortable double bed, and spacious living room - Coffee corner +, with fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave and 1-burner hob Other things to note Options - The stay is standard for two people. There is the possibility of using the comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping space (on request). - Breakfast can be provided on request, for a small fee (on request). - Car charging is possible (on request) A few things to take into account - There is the possibility to prepare your own food, but the room does not have a full kitchen. There is no sink. - There are no facilities for pets. In consultation, these may be included. - Cleaning: we charge a cleaning fee. To keep these costs low for future guests, we ask that you treat the accommodation with respect and keep things as they were when you arrived. LIABILITY As a guest, you indemnify the host from all claims of personal injury or personal property damage or loss resulting from the use of the space, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. No claim can be made on the landlord's insurance for material damage or loss. Your agreement to stay on the premises means that you agree to these terms.
