8 The Row is a first floor one bed flat in the old stone streets of Lauder's conservation area. A quiet haven with charm and comfort, this accommodation offers a warm and cosy 1 bedroom apartment for up to 4 persons. SB01033F The space The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with a king size bed. A spacious living room, with a sofa bed (size of a small double) and wood burner. A breakfast bar with 3 tall stools separates open plan kitchen and living area. If you intend to use sofa bed ensure you know how to use one and can fold it out. There are rugs on the floors and a small step up into the kitchen. We can offer a travel cot on request. The parking is on street. No smoking Self catering Guest access The whole flat is available, as is the private garden to the rear of the property. The flat is accessible by stairs. The garden is accessible through a path at the side of the property. Flat is fully self catering, there is no consierge service. Bins to back of property accessed through black iron gate on the right of property (as you look at it). Other things to note You will have to climb stairs to access the flat. If you intend to use sofa bed you should familiarise yourself with how to use one first. There's no head board for sofa bed because it's a sofa bed and not an actual bed. No smoking at the property, if you smoke you will be charged extra cleaning fee. If there is damage you will be charged for replacement items. If you drop cigarette ash or ends in my neighbours property you will be charged. If you want to smoke you need to chose another property to stay at. This is self catering accommodation not a hotel.
