Romantic Boat Getaway, near Copenhagen and ARKEN

⚓ Sleep on the water in a charming Swedish boat with authentic wooden interior, a unique stay close to Copenhagen, perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing family trip. Enjoy calm mornings on deck or in the cockpit, Strandparken’s nature and ARKEN museum nearby – and my personal welcome, making you feel at home right away. The boat has heating, kitchen, fridge, towels & linens. Toilet onboard for emergencies only – harbor offers clean showers, toilets & laundry. The space 5 sleeping places with full standing height (190 cm). Galley with two stoves (liquid fuel), fridge, sink, and kitchenware. Heating system keeps the boat cozy in colder weather. Many places to sit, relax, or lie down inside and outside. Fresh towels, linens, and dishcloths are provided. Please note: Living on a boat is different from staying in an apartment – but don’t worry! I will give you clear and simple instructions for everything you need. Guest access The whole boat is yours during your stay! You will also get full access to the harbor facilities, including toilets, showers, and laundry. The harbor is safe and the facilities are only accessible with a 6-digit code, which I will give you upon arrival. Other things to note Families are welcome, but the stay is not recommended for very small children for safety reasons. The boat is not suitable for parties, pets, or smoking, and not for construction workers looking for cheap accommodation. Wet clothes must not be hung inside the boat – use the harbor laundry facilities (with dryers). Public transport to Copenhagen takes about 35 minutes (bus + train). The boat is located in beautiful Ishøj Strandpark with beach, nature, and birdlife. The ARKEN Museum of Modern Art is within walking distance and offers world-class exhibitions and a great lunch with a view. In the harbor, you’ll also find restaurants serving classic Danish dishes at affordable prices. For extra adventure: Go hunting for the famous “Forgotten Giants” hidden around western Copenhagen, or rent an e-bike via the Dott app and go explore.
