Cozy Cottage on Black Lake

Cozy cottage with a private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake, which is known as a Fisherman's Paradise! Relax and enjoy lake living using the included kayaks or visit the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the screened in porch, new propane grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock. The space The cottage has 50 feet of lake frontage on Black Lake, a private dock, and amazing sunset views every evening! Black Lake is the largest lake in St Lawrence County, its over 7,500 acres in size and is known for amazing fishing and boating! The property is centrally located to the 1000 Islands, Canada, the Adirondacks, and many other smaller lakes. 3 kayaks and a paddleboard, including life vests and paddles, are provided for your enjoyment! The house is cozy and well maintained and includes important amenities such as a brand new washer and dryer, 2 smart TVs, WiFi, bed linens, towels and bathroom essentials, and a fully stocked kitchen including a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, new stove, and complimentary coffee. There are 3 total beds - 1 queen, 1 full, a full sized sleeper sofa. Every bed in the house has a night stand or dresser next to it, with a small lamp. Please be aware the one bedroom has lower ceilings and the shower is 'cozy' (on the small side). We have a window air conditioner for those muggy days and a plug in electric heaters and propane wall heater for those cool nights in the spring and fall. Dogs are allowed for a small fee. We simply ask that they be kept off the furniture and leashed while outside at all times. We provide dog bowls, dog biscuits, and plastic waste bags. There is a welcome booklet at the house that lists recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and tips to make your stay more enjoyable!
