This condo is cozy and well furnished. Located in a private community, conveniently located near freeway access to downtown Charleston and beaches. It's just minutes from Bosch, Boeing, Naval and Air Force Bases, shopping and great restaurants. It comfortably sleeps 4 in two master bedrooms. Full kitchen as well as complete laundry. Unit is a nonsmoking and non-pet unit with access to community pool. The space DIRECTIONS from the airport; exit airport left onto International Blvd. towards Hwys 526 & 26. Take Hwy 526 "to Mt. Pleasant" then shortly afterwards take the Hwy 26 off-ramp north to Exit 209 off ramp(Hwy52/78). Quickly get into left lane and look for a large American flag and auto dealer on left and turn left on Greenridge Rd. before them. Then turn left on Crossroads Dr., then right onto 3d street -Shade Lane. Enter Oak Bluff community and turn right at 1st stop sign on Shadow Oak Drive then second right for your condo on the left, 8134 with a brick front. Guest access Upstairs there are two full sized master baths with double sinks. The condo can be rented as a complete or shared home. If the rooms are rented separately, the living/dining room, kitchen and laundry areas are shared. The kitchen has amenities, coffee maker, microwave and range with plenty of space and utensils to make a light meal and snacks. There is a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry during your stay. A small patio off the kitchen is great for quiet reflections. Wi-Fi available with ROKU television, no cable. Ceiling fans and TV's are in each bedroom and the living room. Other things to note You can eat in the comfort of your home or find famous restaurants locally or enjoy your dinners in nearby Charleston. Historic Charleston is a top-rated gastro-tourism town and restaurants are booked weeks to months in advance at the best dining establishments. Although some places will take walk-in’s if there is space available, reservations should be made as far out as possible during the tourist season to get the best seating times.
