Please note we live above this apartment in the main house but do not share any spaces with your apartment. Private entrance in the lower level with dedicated parking space and no stairs. Potential for noise from upstairs including footsteps and the occasional noise from young children. Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay.
