Solberg - Charming two bedroom cottage in Lerwick

Solberg is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroomed chalet bungalow in Lerwick with stunning sea views across the harbour entrance over to the island of Bressay. The space Solberg is within easy walking distance from Clickimin Broch, and Fjara café and is just a 1.5 miles away from the centre of Lerwick. Solberg has all the modern facilities that we expect in our homes these days. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (one is a hide-away bed, which can be pulled out to make 2 singles or pushed together for a double bed) There is a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, with 2 bed side cabinets providing further drawer space. There is a shower room with electric shower, toilet , sink and towel radiator. The kitchen has all facilities that you may require to self cater, including oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and a full range of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, mugs and drinks glasses. The lounge-diner has a bar table and bar stools, with comfortable lounge chairs and a music centre with DAB and FM radio, CD player and blue tooth connectivity. Walking out from the living room takes you out on to the high balcony with views over the Ness of Sound and over the sea to the island of Bressay. The utility room houses a washing machine and sink. There are hanging pegs for wet clothing, a shoe rack and a boot tray for muddy boots. From the utility room you can access the integrated garage, which has space for a car or motorbikes or bicycles or canoes or whatever your outdoor pursuits require. The spiral staircase from the utility leads you up to the large chill out room, which extends over the whole width of the house and provides a comfortable area to sit and read, watch tv or DVDs or just to gaze out across the sea contemplating life. Outside the property is ample room for parking of up to 2 cars (more parking can be made available by arrangement with the owners). There is no garden at Solberg. We are happy to accept one well behaved, small-medium sized dog at Solberg. Other things to note Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for young children and infants.
