Relax in this unique and quiet house close to nature. Casa Tao is a charming house and an ideal place to recharge your batteries. Private pool with stunning views over the valley. The house is located in the small village of Los Cocos, where you will find some basic shops, an amusement park and, 10 minutes away by car, the beautiful village of La Cumbre, with its many shops and restaurants. The space The house has two floors and approximately 150 m2. It has been recently painted and enjoys lots of natural light. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a large one with a double bed (160x200) and direct access to the terrace, and a smaller one with a single bed. Both bedrooms open onto a large living room with a wood-burning stove, dining area and sofa. There is also a kitchen equipped with a small breakfast area and a laundry area. On the ground floor, there are two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a studio consisting of a master bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a seating area with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and magnificent views of the countryside. This studio leads to a rooftop terrace with 360° views. Outside there is a large terrace with a table for family meals, a sofa area and a built-in barbecue. The terrace overlooks a magnificent garden planted with trees and a beautiful safe pool with alarm and views of the valley. In the back of the house there is a covered garage for two cars. Guest access the whole house, garage, garden and pool Other things to note This is a country house surrounded by nature. You may see foxes, which are not dangerous. Please don't feed them. You may also see small spiders and other insects. Ants may appear around the house, especially after it rains. We regularly spray to control ants, but be sure to keep doors and windows closed to keep insects out of the house. If you bring a pet, keep it in or near the house under supervision. Also, the house has no fences and your pet could get lost if it is not supervised. The neighbor has a dog that may appear from time to time. However, the dog is very friendly and poses no danger or concern to travelers or pets. Wi-Fi is included at a speed of 10 mgbps. The service is reliable most of the time, but sometimes it can be difficult to lose the signal, especially in bad weather. If you plan to work online during your stay, it is strongly recommended that you bring a portable modem. All utilities are included in the rate, including electricity and gas.
