You will be right in the middle of hip Alberta Arts neighborhood, a few blocks from the best coffee, bakeries, restaurants, galleries and bars. The bus stops across the street and arrives downtown in 20 minutes. This property has the original 1908 Portland home with a new addition build on to the back of the house with additional bedrooms and a separate 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of the addition. The home has a very spacious feel as there are 4 separate areas that are all very separate from each other. Some of the bedrooms have their own fridge and microwave or mini-kitchen. All 4 full bathrooms are shared and there are also 2 separate laundry areas with a washer and dryer. Make yourself at home in our sunny living room, the dining area or relax out on the front porch. Guest access You will have access to the main kitchen, shared common area, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 laundry areas with washer and dryer. In the kitchen, you will have your own shelf in the pantry and also in the fridge. This room is located on the main floor in our NEW addition side of the house. It has a queen bed, a desk and a very large closet. There are 3 other bedrooms in this section of the house. It is close to the main floor bathroom as well the bathroom and laundry room on the lower level of the addition.
