Enjoy a unique stay in the heart of El Castell de Guadalest in newly built apartments that are very centrally located and close to the old town. Some have a terrace and a direct view of the castle. You can also enjoy our shared rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the castle and the sea. The space Our property is in a newly constructed building in a prime location, very close to the old town of El Castell de Guadalest. Its location allows our guests to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings while having the historic center just steps away from the property. In addition, there is a municipal parking lot right at the building's entrance, a very convenient option for our guests traveling by car. Parking costs €2 for the entire day, allowing you to leave your vehicle parked during your visit and stay with great convenience. The building has two floors of apartments and a communal rooftop. On the ground floor is a shop where guests check in and are welcomed. The building does not have an elevator, so the apartments can only be accessed by stairs. We recommend taking this into account when making a reservation, especially for people with reduced mobility. First floor There are two apartments on the first floor: * Olivo Apartment: It has a private terrace and direct views of Guadalest Castle, offering a prime spot from which to enjoy the scenery and the charm of the surroundings. * Almendro Apartment: Located at the back of the building, it has side views of the mountain and Guadalest's natural surroundings. This apartment does not have a private terrace. Second floor On the second floor, there are two other apartments: * Romero Apartment: It has a private terrace and direct views of Guadalest Castle, creating a perfect space to relax and enjoy the magnificent views. * Lavender Apartment: Located at the back/side of the building, it has views of the mountain and Guadalest's natural surroundings. Like Almendro, it does not have a private terrace. Community rooftop patio There is a communal terrace on the building's top floor for all guests to use. The terrace has a table and a seating area, creating a pleasant space where guests can have coffee, breakfast, enjoy a drink, read, or simply relax and admire the view. From the rooftop, you can enjoy direct and privileged views of Guadalest Castle and the sea, making it a special place to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The terrace is for communal use by all guests staying in the building.
