Very nice and quiet room for you to enjoy. Large bed, 55 inch tv, fridge and free snacks. House is located in Reunion, Commerce City within 15 minutes drive from the airport. Within 10 minutes walking distance from the bus stop which can take you straight to the airport. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Come and enjoy your time You will be sharing the bathroom with others guests. This bedroom is located in the basement so can hear people above sometime The space Located in Reunion Commerce city within 15 minutes from DIA airport and 10 minutes walking distance from the bus stop which can take you straight to the airport. My house is very clean and quiet. I will always make sure you can enjoy your time peaceful. This is a quiet and nice neighborhood with a playground right across the house. The room is also located in the basement so from time to time you may hear people walking above you if the room on the top floor is occupied or if anyone is coming in and out. You will be sharing the basement bathroom with others guests. The A/C unit is right outside the window so you can hear it when it is running but you get use to the noise as it is not that loud. Also this room share a wall with the bathroom which means you can definitely hear water running when someone is taking shower, however they are no shower anytime after midnight and before 6am so you can enjoy your sleep Guest access You will have access to the laundry room, kitchen and dining area. During your stay Feel free to reach out anytime if you have any questions or concerns. Other things to note Please make sure to read all the houses rules as well as all the descriptions about where exactly this room is located. It is right next by the front door and the stairs so you will definitely hear noises from time to time, but this is a very quiet place and I will make sure everyone keeps it that way. While I do accept same day booking/Check-In, if you booked any reservation any days after 12pm asking to check-in that same day, you will need to give me at least 3 hours window to check and make sure the room is cleaned and ready as most of the time someone else may have checked out earlier. Do not come to the house right after making any reservation without getting a message confirmation from me first. Unfortunately making a same day reservation asking to check-in a few hours later can't be guarantee as I may not see your message on time so please wait for me to respond back to you and confirm the room is ready before heading to the property.
