Cook up your catch in this gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with anything you might need to prepare a chef’s meal! The primary bedroom features, beautiful and sweet bath with oversized tile shower. Comfortable king size memory foam mattress, luxury linens & black-out curtains invite you for a good nights’ rest! Room features a 62” smart TV - where you can stream anything you’d like by logging into your streaming apps. Peloton bike is available for guest use on a GUEST login (with signed waiver & your own delta - clip cycling shoes). The second and third bedrooms, share another comfortable full bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 feature memory foam mattresses, luxury bedding and smart TV’s with ready for you to log in to your favorite streaming apps. Ceiling fans in each bedroom help you stay comfortable. Grill outdoors on the skillet grill or use the Tragar grill/ smoker to make just about anything you can think of outdoors. outdoor seating, a lit pergola and tiki torches enhance the outdoor ambiance for a truly enjoyable relaxing experience. Must be 25 and older to book during the month of March. PLEASE NOTE: the weather can be unpredictable at the coast. High winds, rain and pop up thunderstorms are likely. We cannot be held responsible for inclement weather. Additionally, high winds can whip around the home and can be NOISY, we recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper or think this might cause issues with your sleep habits. Furthermore, please note, this property and community does NOT allow "spring breakers," "parties" or "partying". There is no smoking at this home - not even outside . Furthermore, "Quiet time" begins at 10 pm every night- weekends included. During the months of March and April there is a minimum age requirement for all guests (unless you’re a young family with children) to be 28yrs or older.
