Other things to note - In unit Washer & Dryer with detergent provided during your stay - We do not allow parties on our property - This is on the 1st floor with a few stairs up to the door - No smoking. - 24/7 availability of host in the event you need anything during your stay - Please note that this is an older home, adding to its charm! While some of the windows are non-functional, the space is equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay.
