If there is an emergency like a fire, gas or water leak, we will contact you as time permits. Pest Disclosure We use insecticide around the outside perimeter of this structure in an effort to prevent unwanted pests like ants. You may also see any traps near possible entry points like air vents or doors. As with any property, pests like ants, spiders, etc may find their way inside. You can help. To reduce and ideally avoid any unpleasantness, use these suggestions. Food Storage 1. Use Airtight Containers – Store pantry items like sugar, flour, cereal, and pet food in airtight containers to block the scent trails ants follow. 2. Refrigerate Sweet Items – If ants are a persistent problem, consider keeping syrup, honey, and sweet treats in the fridge. 3. Keep Produce Covered – Use mesh covers or tightly seal fruit in the fridge to prevent attracting ants. Kitchen Habits 1. Clean Spills Promptly – Wipe up crumbs, spills, and splatters immediately, especially sugary substances. 2. Empty Trash Regularly – Dispose of garbage frequently, and keep the bin clean and tightly closed. 3. Rinse Containers – Rinse out food containers and recyclables before tossing them in the bin. You will find a few air tight containers and cling wrap in the drawers left of the sink.
