Our central air conditioning/heating system ensures a comfortable stay year-round. If you prefer to cook your meals, our kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances, cookware, and utensils. There’s also a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. Guest/s are welcome to relax in our inviting living area, complete with comfortable seating. The property's location is easily accessible making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything it has to offer. Guest access Touch the door keypad. Two random numbers will appear—touch both of them. Enter the unique access code provided to you on the day of your arrival. Wait for the door to fully unlock before entering. Locking the Door: To secure the property, touch the door keypad and select the LOCK icon. Security Devices: A doorbell camera is installed outside the front door to monitor who enters and exits the house. Additional external cameras are strategically placed around the property to ensure the safety of our guests and maintain neighbor privacy. Tampering with, disabling, or unplugging any security device is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your reservation without a refund. During your stay The host is available 24/7 and can be reached with a simple phone call. Occasionally, the host may be on-site for work-related purposes. Other things to note The property offers a secure fenced yard with external cameras for added peace of mind. Renters have keyless entry to the home. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, den, and washroom, while a large backyard and unscreened back patio provide ample outdoor space. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a central air conditioning and heating system for year-round comfort. Please note that pets are not permitted on the property.
