A peaceful, self-contained apartment attached to the main house with its own private entrance and a private seating area out front. Located in central Warrandyte, it is within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, close to the Yarra River and Warrandyte State Park. Suitable for up to 4 guests (pull out sofa bed). $165 per night for 2 people, $30 per extra person, includes continental breakfast for the first night, free parking and wifi. The space Sitting room has sofa bed, TV and bookcase - feel free to borrow/swap the books! There is a split system as well as ceiling fan. There is an iron, ironingboard and airer in the wardrobe. Spare bedding, blankets etc in the wardrobe. Bedroom has queen bed, split system and ceiling fan. Spare blankets are in the wardrobe. Large bathroom with shower and toilet in recess and a double vanity. There is a hair-dryer in the vanity drawer. Kitchenette has microwave, bench top oven airfryer, 2 plate cook top, kettle and toaster. The coffee machine has a choice of pods. There are also a variety of teas and hot chocolate sachets. There are a few basic sauces, cooking oil, jams and cereal provided - and continental breakfast for the first morning. Guest access Enter via the car port. Key lock safe on screen to your left, enter door to sitting room. Please return keys to the lockbox and use spare keys located on dresser in the bedroom.
