Our place provides the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. Children will love the peaceful streets, ideal for safe play and leisurely strolls. The low traffic ensures a quiet atmosphere, perfect for restful nights. The main town, with its array of restaurants and fast-food chains like McDonald's and Jollibee, is just minutes away. For added convenience, A contact is available for grocery deliveries and delivery services to meet your needs. Drawing on my own experiences as an Airbnb guest, I've ensured our home is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. To avoid the frustration of buying oversized grocery items, we provide ample supplies upon arrival, including large bottles of mineral water (sufficient for a three-day stay), basic cooking essentials (oil, soy sauce, vinegar, herbs), detergent, fabric conditioner, and even a few kilos of rice – a staple in Filipino kitchens. Parking is available for one vehicle in our garage. For additional vehicles, secure public parking is available within the subdivision. Please refrain from parking in front of our house or neighboring homes. The wide road in front of our property (between the red orange houses) offers ample parking space; kindly use only one lane. We invite you to relax and enjoy your stay. We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and care, making it feel like your own. Guest access We have a total of six bedrooms – five upstairs and one downstairs. For guests, we offer two upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs bedroom, which is also our living, kitchen, and dining area. The other three upstairs bedrooms are for family. For this booking, only the downstairs bedroom is available for sleeping. Other things to note Just a heads-up: Power outages can happen sometimes in Oriental Mindoro, especially during the summer or bad weather, though it's not very common. But don't worry, we have a generator, and each room has rechargeable fans and flashlights. We're happy to help you use the generator if needed.
