Other things to note -8.5 KM from Karjat Railway Station -credit card and debit card payments are not accepted on the property -Original ID Proof of all member to be submitted at Check in. -Playing loud music anytime during the stay is prohibited. Soft music can be played only in indoors post 10 pm - Pool timings from 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Jacuzzi ; To conserve water, we kindly request that you enjoy the jacuzzi with the water provided upon your arrival. Each fill uses 500 liters, and to be environmentally conscious, we are unable to refill it during your stay. We ensure the jacuzzi is freshly filled for every new booking to guarantee a clean and pleasant experience. Refundable security deposit: A security deposit of ₹3000 is collected at the time of check in and refunded back at the time if check out if no damages are detected However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit. Pet rules : Pets are not permitted to be on the beds or sofas or in the pool. One Pet allowed, applicable ₹ 800 additional charge Kindly ensure that you bring along your pet's bowls and bedding Pet waste cleanup: Guests should be responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste or messes made in the rental property
