The bright kitchen is fully equipped for cooking or baking — stove, oven, fridge, and well-organized, clearly labeled utensils and bakeware. Do laundry whenever you like with the brand-new washer and dryer. Outside, the charming backyard is perfect for morning coffee in the greenery or firing up the new grill for a BBQ. Plenty of free street parking makes coming and going easy. Guest access You'll have your own private bedroom and full private bathroom, plus shared access to the home's common spaces: the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, and the backyard with grill and outdoor seating. Free street parking is right out front. As this is a shared home, you may cross paths with a few other respectful long-term guests. During your stay I live on-site and am easy to reach by message whenever you need anything — quick to respond and equally happy to give you your space. I keep the home calm, clean, and welcoming so it feels like a comfortable home base during your stay. Other things to note Location is a major plus, and 2026 is a big year for LA. You're about a 30-minute drive from SoFi Stadium — host to eight 2026 FIFA World Cup matches this summer and the future site of the 2028 Olympic opening and closing ceremonies — with the new Intuit Dome nearby for concerts and games. Universal Studios Hollywood and the major Burbank studios are roughly 20–25 minutes away, and Hollywood, the Getty, and the beaches make easy day trips. Closer to home, Lake Balboa Park, the Santa Monica Mountains, and the scenic LA River trail are minutes away for hiking and biking, and you're right by Westfield Topanga, CSUN, great restaurants, and grocery stores, with the Metro and freeways for easy access across the city. Your stay also includes cleaning of the shared spaces and a restock of shared essentials — toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. A few things to know: this is a shared home with other long-term guests; it's a single-level property; and there are exterior security cameras (front yard, side gate, and backyard) for safety — none indoors.
