Automatic lighting on the balcony and at the back of the property. Automatic filling of the water tank (well water - characteristic smell and turbidity, which soften in a few hours). Space for your home office with table and chair in one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi throughout the house. Bedrooms with table fans, lamps, double beds, insect screens on windows and curtains. Large living room, with sofas, dining table, Smart TV, (We do not provide App subscriptions, whoever wants to use their own subscription) and board games. 01 Spacious bathroom with hygienic shower, box with support bars and electric shower. Compact and complete kitchen, with various utensils and appliances: utensils for pots, gallons of mineral water, duplex refrigerator, stove with oven, Airfryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, microwave and fruit squeezer. Dishes: cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, baking sheet, trays, steel pots, pressure cookers, cutting board, barbecue utensils. Guest access The space is exclusively for your reservation, guests can enjoy all the rooms and the yard. Other things to note Make sure your reservation is in the right amount of guests, informing the children and pets. Check the possibility of making check-in and check-out times more flexible. Some dates may have the possibility of hosting 01 night, starting at 9 am on Saturday and can be closed at 6 pm on Sunday. Attention to the quiet time, do not disturb the neighbors with loud sound between 22:00 and 8:00 am, parties or events are not allowed. Jaconé beach belongs to the municipalities of Maricá and Saquarema, we are located in Maricá. The beach is 11km long, clean waters, with strong waves, little frequented, having greater movement in the summer season, outside the high season it is practically empty. Also enjoyed location for surfing and line fishing. If your purpose is to go to the Center of Saquarema, you will have to move approximately 17km near the waterfront, to CBV- Volleyball Center 10km along the waterfront, the house is in Jardim Jaconé, part of Jaconé de Maricá (Roberto Marinho Beach). Attention to children and pets, as the swimming pool is 1.40 m deep, is not fenced and is on the level of the balcony floor. In case of emergency there is a circuit breaker on the wall (next to the plant vessels) to disconnect the pump from the pool. * WE DO NOT PROVIDE ITEMS FOR PERSONAL USE, SUCH AS: We do not provide bath and face towels, bedding (sheets, pillowcases and covers, I suggest bringing covers, as the night is quite fresh). * WE WILL MAKE AVAILABLE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: BBQ utensils: grill, iron spikes, cutting board, gripper and knife. Beach items: 4 beach chairs, 01 cooler and 01 thermal box, 01 umbrellas (to be used only in the pool).
