Welcome to Oasis Ave, a gorgeous room in High Plains Haven! This recently built, 1,400 sq. ft. duplex in quiet Wolfforth offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2-car garage. Enjoy modern comfort with a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and serene bedrooms. The relaxing room features a queen bed and shared bath. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet just a short drive from Lubbock's attractions. Perfect for business or leisure, High Plains Haven is your serene escape in the High Plains. The space This clean, modern home has the perfect layout for privacy and ample room to spread out and be comfortable. Guest access You will have a code for the front and back doors, as well as a key to your bedroom for ultimate privacy. The living room, kitchen, dining area and laundry room are shared among the guests. During your stay If you need anything during your stay, don’t hesitate to call or text as I am just down the street. Other things to note There are 2 garage door openers that will be provided to the first 2 guests who arrive and passed down in order of arrival as guests depart their stays. There is a monthly cleaning fee of $95. Only one cleaning fee is automatically included through Airbnb, so if you are staying two months or more, I will simply have to send you a payment request each month for the $95 cleaning fee after the first month.
