West Pennine Scenic Stay

Nestled in the scenic countryside of Anglezarke, beneath a large oak tree, our charming one-bedroom annex offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views of rolling hills and lush greenery. The cosy living space features a comfortable lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a shower room. Perfect for nature lovers, the annex is just a short walk from picturesque trails and the tranquil Anglezarke Reservoir. 1 x well behaved dog allowed. (2nd on request) The space The bedroom, living room and kitchen are all contained in one room, with an adjoining shower room. Bed linen and towels (1 x Large, 1 x Small) provided. Kitchen includes microwave, kettle, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Parking for 1 car on the private drive. Guest access The Airbnb Space is yours to use completely, with no shared space. Parking for 1 car on the drive. Outdoor seating available to the back of the property. We have the room next door, used as storage/ gym. (Accessed by separate door, and locked from both sides). Other things to note I have left books and recommended walking route pamphlets in the annexe. Please leave these in the property. There is a hosepipe located at the back on the annexe, near the parking, please use this to wash off any muddy boots/ shoes, dogs, etc The information sheet in the annex provides information on the nearest hospitals, restaurants, supermarkets, train stations, and wedding venues. The SMART TV has WiFi connection. Apps preloaded on to it = Disney, Netflix, Prime, BBC IPlayer, ITV, Channel 4. Own sign-in details required. 1 x Dog Mat, Dog Bowl and Poo bags available upon request. Dog stays 3+ nights, get a bag of Denzels in support of Battersea Dogs Home. (Dog wash can be provided if they come back particularly ;-) smelly)
