This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the old town. Nürtingen's old town impresses with its quiet yet central location. The building was completely renovated in 2024. Heating is provided by the heat pump system. Underfloor heating has been installed throughout the house. Only 3 minutes away is the pedestrian zone with numerous shopping opportunities, pharmacies, banks, etc. Just 5 minutes away is our river Neckar, which invites you to a relaxing walk.
