Experience a magical landscape, and take a breath of mountain air at this new villa in Guejar Sierra! Big gated garden with lots of fruit trees, and beautiful views to Sierra Nevada. The house is new and modern and build in 2024. One of few houses that have a private pool in this area. (not heated and closed from 1. Nov - 1. May) The space This newly built house combines modern comfort with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every room is equipped with both heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. The living room and bathroom feature underfloor heating for extra comfort, while a cozy fireplace adds charm and warmth. Large windows fill the spaces with natural light and allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The house also includes a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with ease. Kids We have a large trampoline and a couple of football goals, as well as a basketball net available on the property. (Please bring your own balls ⚽️ 🏀 ) Guest access The whole property has a fence around it with a private gate. Please note that we highly recommend getting to the house by car, as the hill from the village is narrow and steep. The nearest airport is Granada Airport (40km), but most of our guests fly to Malaga Airport (156km), as it is a bigger airport with more departures. It's 500 meters to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. 19 km to the Sierra Nevada ski resort 20 km to Granada Please let me know if you have any further questions.
