TV and entertainment room with board games for a lovely, relaxing evening in. Kitchen: Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and amenities. Outdoor: Plenty of room to enjoy the great outdoors! Decks, outdoor seating, an outdoor play area for young ones, a fire pit area for quiet evenings, and a spacious backyard lawn space. Baby Equipment: At this property, we provide pack & play, crib, games/toys for your convenience. For any additional baby items, we highly recommend bringing your own or sending us a message in advance so we can recommend a nearby rental service. Other things to note - Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. - Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces - Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. - Weapons are strictly prohibited - Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc. - We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm. - Please do not trespass on property boundaries - Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited 🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome all types of dogs with a $50 fee per animal/per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please obtain prior approval from the host. All fees are due before check-in and we cannot accept other types of animals at this time. Any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 deep-cleaning fee. Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing.
