It will be listed in the Airbnb app under "check in" instructions and will be emailed to you with our welcome email a couple of days prior to your arrival. Please note that our suites are located near the train tracks that run through OOB. Please be advised about potential for noise. One labeled parking space (465). Additional limited parking available upon request. Guest access Guests have access to their own suite and the patio area immediately next to the unit. We also have grills and picnic tables located next to the small building open for guest use. This space is shared with other guests. Other things to note Please note that our property is located near train tracks - as many OOB properties on East Grand Ave. While most people accept this as part of the OOB charm, light sleepers and families with small children should take notice.Bath towels are provided in every room. Beach towels and beach toys are not — please bring your own. Please bring your own. Google Maps sometimes places the property closer to the Pier than it actually is. We’re about 0.3 miles away.
