Quiet between Mâcon and Bourg en Bresse (6 km from the A40) 27 m2 mobile home on large wooded grounds with 5000 m² pond and small fish pond (carp, pike, perch, roach). On a fenced part of the land roam a goat, a buck, chickens (without a rooster...) and in freedom 4 geese including Piou, a flock of ducks and Pollux the German Shepherd guardian of the animals when he is not sleeping... The space Fully-equipped 27 m2 mobile home with 1 bedroom with a 140 2-person bed, a second bedroom with 2 80 beds. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Roof Deck. No air conditioning but fans. Provided: bed linen, bath mats, dish towels. Cleaning products. Possibility to rent: - Baby bed: €6/day - Towel + washcloth: €6/pers. (indicate when booking). Other things to note Safety: For safety reasons, if you are coming with children, a disclaimer will need to be signed upon arrival regarding the risks associated with the pond, the pond and the use of the playground. Here all animals (kept on a leash) are accepted without extra charge, even tamed foxes, provided they do not eat our poultry and do not damage anything (let us know when booking). Quiet place so no noise between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and no music. As cleaning is not included in the price, the mobile home must be returned as clean as when you arrived, with the garbage cans emptied. Fishing side: Fishing allowed while respecting wildlife: return carp to the water quickly and in good condition, pike, perch and roach can be kept. Night fishing is prohibited (from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) Steel wire is mandatory for predator fishing. Receiving mat mandatory for carp. Equipment should not be left unattended, geese, ducks and the like could get caught.
