The space Lil Gem, the bach is split level, the upper level has the kitchen and lounge area, the lower level, down some stairs has a bedroom with a queen Ecosa bed, separate shower and toilet plus an outdoor bath. The bach features a fire, heaters with double glazing in the bedroom to keep you snug in winter. Summertime is for throwing open the doors and choosing a deck and hammock to relax on. Need space for two more guests? Snappers Sleepout is one room with an Ecosa queen bed, table and chairs and a kitchenette. Outside on the deck you will find an outdoor kitchen, with bbq and cooktop, outdoor shower and an old fashioned dunny (toilet). See separate listing. Guest access Guests have access to: Lil Gem, the main bach with one queen bed and full kitchen and laundry. Snappers Sleepout outdoor kitchen and bbq. Attractive gardens provide privacy and tranquility. Large flat parking area suitable for boats, campervan and vehicles. Other things to note Archie the cat is an occaisional resident at Lil Gem. Archie has his own special access to the property. A true seafood lover, he has a particular fondness for snapper, which he enjoys when he’s not snuggling up for a nap. He will only need the occasional feeder top up and a pat. Guitars are for your pleasure but please keep inside away from sunlight. They are not a toy for children.
