Welcome to our family compound, perfect for large groups! Our property features a main house and a guesthouse, comfortably sleeping 16. The main house features a hot tub, a game room with a pool table, and a chef's kitchen. While the guesthouse offers additional sleeping for 4, a separate bathroom, and a kitchenette. Nestled on 3 private acres in serene Meadow Vista, this is the ideal spot for family gatherings, offering privacy and the ultimate retreat for creating lasting memories. Here’s what you can expect: ✨ Main House Bedrooms: Four cozy bedrooms designed for relaxation, including a fun bunk room specifically for kids, plus a crib for the littlest guests. ✨ Guesthouse: Offers additional accommodation for 4 with its own bathroom and kitchenette, providing privacy and convenience. ✨ Game Room: Equipped with a pool table, board games, a giant Connect 4, and a bar—perfect for leisure and entertainment. ✨ Chef’s Kitchen: A chef’s dream, our kitchen in the main house is spacious and fully equipped with all your favorite spices, cooking oils, and modern appliances—ideal for cooking and entertaining. ✨ Living Room: Large area with comfortable seating and a big screen smart TV—great for family meals and gatherings. ✨ Indoor Dining Room: Features a large table to accommodate the whole family, complemented by incredible views that make every meal special. ✨ Outdoor Dining and Lounge Areas: Enjoy meals and relaxation outdoors. Each space in this compound is thoughtfully designed to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, excluding the art studio building, garage, and basement, which are off limits. Other things to note Downstairs Shower: The downstairs shower includes a significant step down that may be challenging for some guests. Please consider this if mobility is a concern. Bedroom Layout: Bedrooms 2 and 3 are technically one very large room that has been divided into two distinct spaces with an interior door and wall. Please note, Bedroom 2 does not have a closet. Lake Access: Our home is situated on a street that dead-ends at Lake Combie, just a short quarter-mile walk away. While the lake is private with no public access points unless you own lakefront property, we enjoy walking down to admire the serene views, especially at sunset. Fireplace Use: Although our home has five fireplaces, only the ones in the living room and guesthouse are available for guest use.
