A beautifully renovated 3 bedroom family home in super safe exclusive area, Rose Hideaway is central to all the iconic Beatles attractions. A short walk through leafy streets and avenues, takes you to Strawberry Fields, John and Paul's childhood homes and of course, the world famous Penny Lane. All these spots are within an easy, flat 30 minutes stroll. Forget the tourist buses and make your own self guided tour whilst staying in a lovely, peaceful home to make your stay in Liverpool relaxing. The space Rose Hideaway is in one of Liverpool's safest areas with shopping 5 minutes drive away for all your groceries at Tesco Superstore. Golf courses and restaurants plus huge park with playground and mansion cafe are just 5 minutes walk away. It's a 5 minute drive or pleasant 15 minute walk to the local shopping street that has speciality shops and dozens of bars, restaurants, jazz and live music venues. Rose Hideaway is a beautifully restored 3 bedroom family home. A big, brand new, open plan kitchen is perfect for family socialising. French doors lead out to the wonderful, private, garden with lots of roses, flowers, bushes and mature trees. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day sightseeing and there are outdoor chairs so you can sit under the apple tree. There is a private driveway and free on street parking for your convenience. The ground floor comprises a spacious sitting room with Sky TV, 2 large sofas replete with lots of feather cushions and rugs for comfy nights watching movies. One of the sofas folds down into a single sofa bed. The kitchen and dining area has an island with stools perfect for entertaining plus a dining table that seats six. A spacious shower room/WC and laundry are also on the ground floor. There is a comfortable WFH space with desk and garden views. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a luxury family bathroom. There are three light-filled spacious bedrooms. One with super-king bed and the second with king-size bed, both have copious storage. The third smaller bedroom has a double bed, drawers and wardrobe. Back downstairs, the open plan kitchen / dining is fully equipped for cooking with induction hob, double electric oven. dishwasher, American style fridge / freezer with ice and water on tap. Other appliances include microwave, Airfryer and coffee machine - it takes Tassimo pods and I leave some pods for your first cuppa. Included for your stay are kitchen basics such as tea, coffee, olive oil salt pepper etc for your use. We also supply essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. There is a fully equipped laundry in the shower room downstairs with washing machine ( small guest supply of detergent) and dryer. There's a patio to enjoy morning coffee, lazy lunches and a fun BBQ supper. Outdoor furniture is provided. There is secure, undercover, alley space for bicycles, prams etc. There's a travel cot and high chair for our youngest guests Guest access The whole house and private garden is all yours for your stay. Other things to note No parties or pets. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am to respect our neighbours.
