Looking for a relaxing moment? Come and recharge your batteries at the "Le Ruisseau" gîte in central Alsace. A cottage completely renovated in 2024, ideally located for visiting our beautiful region. Close to major tourist attractions: wine route, Christmas markets (Colmar, Strasbourg, Ribeauvillé, Kaysersberg...), Château du Haut Koenigsbourg (25 km), Europa-Park amusement park (22 km), Rulantica water park (22 km), bike paths... The cottage is close to all necessary amenities (5 km). The space 120 m² single-family home on 1st floor with parking in the yard. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms as well as a toilet with hand basin. Bedroom 1: 2 beds of 90 x 200 Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 200 Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160 x 200 On request, we can provide the equipment to accommodate the little ones, namely: - a baby crib - a high chair - a safety gate On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen area with central island open to the dining room. This space opens onto a covered terrace of about 25 m² equipped with a table and 6 chairs. For entertainment, a reading area and a pool table will allow you to have a pleasant time.
