Comfortable and in an excellent location, our place offers proximity to tourist and cultural attractions such as Aristides Street, General San Martín Park, Civic Center and Memorial of the Flag of the Andes, Casino, Congress and Exhibition Center, cafes, restaurants and bars. The space GREAT LOCATION Our space is located on Beltrán Street, 100 meters from the Bombal neighborhood of the city of Mendoza. It is in a truly privileged location on Beltrán Street, a wide, residential and very well-lit road. It has the possibility of free parking on the public road, in front of the window and with independent access. Walking you will be: * 100 meters from one of the longest and most beautiful bike paths in the region, which connects with Parque General San Martín, the microcentro, Chacras de Coria. * 150 meters from the Metrotranvía that connects with Maipú. * 600 meters from cafes and breweries. * 750 meters from the Congress and Exhibition Center, * 1,100 meters from the Civic Park and Government House where the Los Andes Flag Memorial is located. * 1,300 meters from Av. Aristides Villanueva where you will find a wide range of restaurants, banks, chocolate shops, and boutiques. THE LOFT Contemporary, very well laid out, bright and well ventilated, it offers a place to relax, watch TV or work, linked to a very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, microwave, electric coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, dishes and cleaning items. Internet service (optical fiber) by UTP cable and WIFI. TV access to Netflix and YouTube. The bedroom space has a queen size bed and a 2m closet with drawers, shelves and a coat rack. The bathroom is divided into sections, allowing for parallel use. The toilet is linked to the living room and the shower to the bedroom. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check-in 3:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM. The flexibility of both schedules will depend on existing reservations, i.e. they are possible if no guests are checking in/out on the same day. In all cases, we can store the luggage until the time the guest needs. BICYCLES Bikes (with security chains, keys, and helmet) are optional and must be booked 24 hours in advance. Please check pricing and availability. Guests staying a week or longer will have the bikes for one day at no extra cost. Terms of use: Guests must agree in writing to return the bicycles (with security chains, keys, and helmet) in the same condition as they were delivered and will be responsible for each unit and accessories delivered in the event of theft, robbery, or loss, at the market price at that time. MONTHLY STAYS Weekly cleaning (no dishes or kitchen waxes), change of sheets and towels on the 8th day. TRANSFERS For an additional cost and subject to availability, we can transfer you to the airport, bus station, and other places of interest. Other things to note ELECTRICAL USE: * Included in the rate: 4.5Kw per day. * The excess must be paid as an additional charge at the time of check-out. * A photo of the meter will be taken upon check-in and check-out to determine total consumption. * the heat of the kw will be determined by the invoice of the previous month.
