Guest access Guests have access to a spa with a hot tub, pool, and sauna. During your stay We have a 24-hour reception so our guests don't have to wait. Other things to note The complex also has a spa with a pool for days when guests want to relax and forget the outside world. If you do not communicate in advance, the Management reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation and charge the expenses incurred according to the cancellation policy on the day of check-in at the premises. For safety reasons, pet owners certify that their pets are up to date on their vaccinations and in optimal hygienic condition. Documentation may be required. The owners are responsible for cleaning up their pets' physiological needs at all times and for keeping them in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions. Pets cannot be in the common areas and must be on a leash to enter and exit the apartments. Pets may be left alone in the rooms as long as guests remain within the hotel premises and are perfectly located. If a pet makes annoying noises that may disturb the other guests, the owner will be required to take immediate action, such as ending their stay in the apartments. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, or if material damage or inconvenience is caused to other guests, the hotel may penalize the guest based on the damage caused, charging the corresponding amount to their final bill.
