Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. The garage is suitable for up to two midsize vehicles or one large SUV and one smaller vehicle. -We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the nearby fire pits on the beach provided by the city.
