Stay in or use the house as base camp for a fun adventure at Beaver stadium, elk scenic drive, or hiking/fishing. Located in central PA, walk to West Branch High School, an easy drive to Penn State University & football, Elk country / viewing, Quehanna wildlife area and PA Wilds. Hiking, mountain biking, trout & fly fishing. The space You'll be able to pull into the cement driveway which will fit four vehicles with careful parking in two rows. As you enter the "breezeway" through the sliding glass patio door, you will be able to see through the opposite patio door to a deck and fenced in backyard... let your dog and kids out to play and stretch their legs while you unload the car. Plenty of room to bring in your travel bags and park them in the breezeway making load up a breeze. First floor amenities and description: As you take the hallway to the left, the first floor contains a full bathroom with laundry facilities, full eat-in kitchen with countertop bar & seating, living room that has a gorgeous hand-laid brick double sided fireplace and a full couch that opens for sleeping, and a "sunporch" (off the kitchen) for extended dining seating, games and space to be used as a kids' playroom-- whatever you need in this flexible space-- and, finally a dog/child friendly covered porch. The 1/2 bath & dog kennel/large crate is located to the right of the breezeway in the attached heated garage. Handicap amenities: The first floor of the house has one step up to the hallway into the main living area. Available on-request there is a ramp that makes the entire first floor handicap friendly (which includes a comfortable sleeper sofa and handicap accessible walk in shower). Ask host about your needs due to 28" door opening to make sure the space works for you. Second floor amenities and description: The second floor has three bedrooms: Green room has a full double bed, Yellow room has a full double bed, Brown room has 2 bunk beds and a pull out from under bed (total 5 twin sleeping spaces). Guest access The entire house is available for you to utilize, as well as the backyard, in and outside the fence, as is the covered fenced porch and yard. Please do not let children and/or pets outside of the enclosed area without supervision, due to the road in front of the house. The garage contains the 1/2 bath, a large dog crate and handicap equipment. All of these are available for you to utilize. Other things to note Please do not smoke/vape inside the house or garage. It is permitted on the deck, porch and yard. Please be considerate and place butts in ashtrays provided or dispose of in garbage cans.
