Other things to note ** The Cove Water Levels** Between October to March The Lake Cove Water Levels recede as part of the TVA flood management process. What emerges in the back of the property is a beautiful trout stream fed from the Fodder Creek into Lake Chatuge! **Pool Notice:** Heated to 80–85°F in the months March - November. December - February the pool is closed. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Showering between lake and pool use is required. By booking this property, you acknowledge that swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool includes both a deep end and a shallow end. Please be advised: no jumping off the deck into the pool is allowed. Additionally, if you plan to swim in both the lake and the pool, it’s mandatory to shower in between to prevent additional maintenance issues for the pool equipment. ** Guest Policy** We have a Strict 'No Outside Guest' Policy on the property and outdoor spaces. The space is designed for the number of people who booked on the reservation maximum and are registered guests for the stay only. Penalty of up to $250 per person per day** ** No Pet Policy** We have a strict No pets policy on the property for allergy reasons of the owners and for our other guests preference.
