There is one car park on the premises for guests and there is plenty of free street parking directly infront of the home. Some cabinets inside the home are locked for the host's private use. Other things to note Flexible check-in and check-out times, depending on other bookings. No pets on furniture/beds. Extra cleaning charges will be applied. Unit living is sound-sensitive, so please be mindful of noise in the evenings when enjoying the outdoor living space. A gardener comes once a month to mow the front lawn, so this may occur during your stay, but this won't disrupt your stay. Strictly no gatherings, parties or events to be held at the house.
