River Bend Guest Suite

River Bend Guest Suite offers a clean, comfortable, peaceful retreat for up to two adults. Conveniently located between downtown Westerly and its beaches, the guest suite has a private keyed entry and features an adjustable Nectar king-sized bed, vaulted ceiling, fireplace, ceiling fan and full en-suite bath. Amenities include eating area, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, bottled water and snacks, internet and YouTube TV! Rear deck, outdoor shower and yard is included for guest use. The space The guest suite is attached to a private home located on a quiet street, across from historic River Bend Cemetery, and with a scenic view of the Pawcatuck River. There is a driveway that allows guests off-street parking for up to two cars. A 1.5 mile sidewalk provides access to downtown Westerly’s wonderful bars, restaurants, shops, the train station, Wilcox Park and Granite Theatre. The guest suite is located just 3.5 miles from Misquamicut State Beach, and 4.5 miles from renowned Watch Hill. Guests may take advantage of nearby river access (0.5 miles) for fishing or kayaking. Guest access Upon arrival, guests will walk a stone path 50 feet from the driveway to the rear deck, and then access the private guest suite through an entry door off the upper deck. There are a total of 2 plus 2 steps to climb. Guests will receive a text message from the owner in advance of check-in regarding check-in time and details. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon, check-in time is 2:00 pm, or anytime thereafter, and check-out time is 11:00 am. During their stay, guests will have private access to the guest suite, outdoor deck, outdoor shower and the yard area. Use of the outdoor fire pit must be approved by the host. During your stay The guest suite offers a private accommodation with overnight sleeping for up to two adults. There are no additional guest accommodations on the property. The owners live on the premises in the main house. They will extend guests their privacy, and only interact with guests to the extent desired or allowed. Guests are welcome to call or text the hosts at any time if an issue arises, or as needed or desired. Other things to note The accommodation is ideally located for access to Groton, Mystic, the casinos, area colleges including URI, and Newport. Also convenient to major employers in area.
