✨ A GÎTE THAT ADAPTS TO YOU Welcome to Gîte Maimbevillois, a cozy 71 m² house, ideal for getting together with family, friends or during a business trip. Located in the heart of the Oise, our gîte can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers you comfort, tranquility and flexibility for a stay tailored to your needs. The space The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. It features: 🛋️ A comfortable living space to relax in after a day of exploring or working. 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen with, in particular: Dishwasher Oven and microwave Coffee maker and Senseo machine Hot water kettle. Toaster Croque-monieur machine 🛏️ 3 bedrooms, open and prepared according to the number of guests and your needs. 🚿 One bathroom and washing machine. 🚽 Toilets on the ground floor as well as upstairs. 🧺 Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience. 👔 An iron is also available to guests. 🏍️ A small garage is available to store bikes, motorcycles or possibly a small car. Our cottage is conveniently located for discovering the treasures of the Oise and its surroundings. You can easily explore: 🏰 Chantilly and its castle; 🌲 The magnificent forests of the Oise; 🏛️ Compiègne and its heritage; 🏰 Senlis and its historic streets; 🌿 The many villages and natural areas in the region. It is also a more comfortable and convivial solution than a hotel room, especially for several colleagues traveling together. Guest access In order to offer you a more flexible rental that is adapted to your stay, the rooms are prepared and opened according to the number of guests and your needs, upon request during your reservation. This organization allows: ✔️ offer a price suitable for small groups and couples; ✔️ avoid unnecessarily preparing unused spaces; ✔️ limit the consumption of water, linen, and energy. 👉 The accommodation remains entirely private: you will be the only occupants of the cottage during your stay. Please let us know your room requirements before your arrival so that we can prepare your stay in the best possible way. Other things to note 📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING In order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the comfort of the neighborhood: 🚫 Parties and evenings are not allowed. 🐶 No pets allowed in the accommodation. 👥 Only the people declared during the booking are allowed to stay in the cottage. 🚭 This place is non-smoking. 💶 SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of €300 in cash will be required upon key handover. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking the condition of the accommodation and provided that no damage or breach requiring a deduction is found.
