Garner and Irvin Walkout

Walkout basement apartment close to stadium (30 min walk) and downtown (15 min walk). Quiet, separate entrance, free parking (tandem) for up to 3 vehicles. Secluded yard. Fully furnished, has its own thermostat. Lots of windows! Can sleep 6 (sofa bed and 2 bedrooms). Newly renovated. Double beds in each bedroom, sofa bed in the living room is a double bed, and air mattresses can be made available. The space It is a basement walkout apartment - two bedrooms, one bath, fully functional kitchen, large great room with a dining area and a living area. Both bedrooms have double beds and the sofa in the living area is a double bed-sized sofa bed. All linens and towels provided, has central heat and TV's in the living room and the back bedroom. It is quiet, secluded and private. It does not have air conditioning (yet - hope to get that done this summer). However, because it is dehumidified, buried in the ground and my living space above is air conditioned, it stays cool in hot weather so long as the guests keep the windows closed. It has a covered porch in front of the entrance.
